Help needed from any WingNuts

Okay, so I'm feeling pretty dumb, but I just can't remember a couple of things from the West Wing finale. I'm writing a fic and need a little help here.

First, was Debbie's future dealt with at all? Was she going to Manchester with the Bartlets or not?

Second, what did Annabeth become? Was she's Helen's Press Sec?

Third, what exactly was Annabeth for Leo? (Mind out of the gutter, Miss Peggy!)
