For those following my ebay escapades:
1) Sakalis2006, seller, has not yet responded to me nor responded to Ebay's dispute inquiry -- Ebay is frowning on this.
2) Said seller has received "negative" feedback very recently, one from a seller and one from a buyer. This buyer had the same problem as I do; paid but no goods in return. At least this was able to leave feedback. I contacted Ebay again about my "non-feedback" issue and they are working on fixing it.
3) I can contact Ebay on June 14th to proceed to the Claims process step. Virginia, the chat-lady, (2nd time I've talked with her) indicated that I would likely get $75 back from Ebay for the $100 item. It will take 2 months, oh well. However, I actually consider this to be a very good recovery rate, and thankfully the amount is relatively small.
