Today has been a magnificent failure. One interview with the CEO of an interesting little British company, 1,500 words on social security and not a helluva lot else.

were you referring to this part:
Burrell didn't seem very upset, in fact he seemed kind of excited. I think he was pleased that Steve was on our case about the sound, since he really wanted me to write the sound routines as soon as possible anyway. He promised to buy me meals all weekend while we stayed at Apple to get the sound going.

If so, I can see it, too.

but you found a great new icon! Sorry to hear it hasn't been a hugely productive day. Are you looking for work? If so, if you want to tell me what and where, I have to read some publishing mags for work that are always advertising.....

and was that really 1500 words? Wow. I think that counts as producing *something.*
