Metallica: Some Kind of Monster

Some Kind of Monster is a great doco. It's not really about Metallica's music, but more about intra-band relationships and the male ego. It's fascinating to see how they cope with being the individuals who make up the behemoth that is 'Metallica' as the public know it.
Also sad to see petty differences get in the way. The way they use self-help psycho-babble to mask what they're really thinking is hilarious: "What I'm feeling is that you're frustrated because you're thinking my guitar part isn't up to scratch, but maybe I'm just speaking this out of my inner-fear that your drumming is too over the top." etc etc... The 'band psychologist' guy is freaky.
I think everyone in a band should see it really.
