This is a really impressive chart. At first I thought you stole it from somewhere on the Internet. Then I started looking for things you got wrong/left out, because you asked me to, and I found...a couple.
Antonio is also Italian. Katerina is also Spanish. Mark in Spanish is actually Marcos. (Marco might be Italian.) Frederic in Spanish is Frederico. Stephano is Italian for Steven. Tomasso is Italian for Tomas. I also speculate that Lorenzo is Italian for Lawrence. And don't forget Pyotr! Aren't you studying Russian or something?
Good luck compiling the rest of this compelling database.
I made two catastrophic errors, and both in Spanish (ay ay ay!). Frederico is Federico (no r). And Katerina is Caterina. There. Now I can die without unfinished business.
Mary - Maria Frederick - Fredrik Antony - Anton (very rare though, more danish) Joseph - Josef Catherine - Katrine Mark - ... Nicholas - I think there's a name Nikolai, but it's rare as well ... Paul - Pål Peter - Petter, Peter Steven - Stefan, Steffen Thomas - Tomas, Thomas.
