Things that have gone right
in one 24 hour period:
- I went to Staples to test out chairs, not planning to buy one, but found a great chair for 50% off. I am now exceptionally comfortable.
- I bought two 1 liter soda siphons for a reasonable price, only to discover that they were actually 2 liter siphons.
- I got an email from someone setting up a hacker space in Detroit.
- My office mate is working with a community center that wants to set up a computer lab for teaching resume building and web design, and may recommend me as a contractor to help set it up and/or teach classes.
- Sharon and I have tickets for This American Life Live tonight.
