Sundays suck
this weekend was pretty cool. Except that I had to work yesterday for like 3ish hours...Oh well, I guess I can't complain...almost $30/hr isn't too shabby to make on a saturday....so almost $100 was made...nice, nice....Aaron didn't realize that I got overtime pay, and he jokingly said I should work every saturday!! hahahahahah yeah...I don't think so...anyways so after I did that I came home. We had been planning on going to the coast but Friday I decided that I just wasn't up to it. It would have cost us a lot of money in gas that we really don't have, and there was really no solid reason we were going anyways. So yesterday I was incredibly grouchy and was having terrible cramps...so I was kind of an evil bitch all day...It got better as the day went on and I made us some dinner and we ate and watched tv. It was a really chill day. Ethan went to bed at 9ish and then Aaron and I hung out a bit and I went to bed at oneish I think. It was nice to "sleep in" this morning. I think I woke up at 9 and fitfully slept for another hour and a half or so. I woke up to Ethan yelling from his bed "LYSSY.....LYSSY....LYSSY" I told him to come in my bedroom. He ran in and jumped on the bed. Haha We went to the grocery store and got some stuff to make breakfast. He is such a good kid at the store (most of the time). He just stands right by me and follows directions and minds me. One thing I didn't realize until I was around children is that people in public places scare children!! Like we were at Starbucks and this lady bent over and was like patting Ethans head...he ran to me and clutches my pants in terror....poor kid...Adults must look so huge to him. Haha. Anyways so we came back, made breakfast and then went over to Aarons cousin's house. All of his cousins live in Beaverton for some reason so they all hang out on Sundays, we've just recently started joining in on the fun. His cousin whose house we were at had a meeting to go to, so his other cousin, his wife and their baby and us all went to the bowling alley and bowled two games! It was awesome! :P Now i'm just making dinner and cleaning up the house a bit.
We're leaving for San Francisco on Friday morning so I have to get us all ready and packed and stuff soon. I need to figure out what Aaron is wearing...ughg..haha....he doesn't have a ton of nice clothes. I'll have to make what he does have look nice and approporiate for the occasion.
PS...I hate sundays because I dread going to work the next day...I should really just be thankful that I have X amount of hours left in my weekend, but I don't....I dwell on how many hours til I have to go back. (14 to be exact).
