I have my NI Certificate of Exemption, huzzah. No fines, no problems.
I also received Constantine in the post from Play.com which I may sit and watch in the garden with a couple of beers later on.
Now I have 5 days off and I plan on doing very little for the rest of today, spending tomorrow doing laundry, packing and cleaning, and Monday being a blue-arsed-fly.
In response to my email stating that I would move my account to another provider because of the previously mentioned banking problems, I got this response: I can confirm that we have received your request. Unfortunately i cannot action this at the moment as the email you sent was not secure. Please send us your request via a secure email with your request. Additionally you can send us your name and post code so that we can access your account details.
No attempt to address the root cause, no attempt to provide any form of customer service, satisfaction or even delight.
