What do you mean the weekend is over?????
I really wish I knew where the time on weekends goes. Do we approach the speed of light on weekends and are thus subject to relative time compression? Sigh.
It's 8:30 pm and I'm just now sitting down with all my chores done. Had a wonderful dinner. Some grilled salmon on a bed of baby greens, lightly dressed with a honey-mustard vinnaigrette, grilled corn on the cob and some basmati rice. Deeelicious! I barbecued a beautiful piece of salmon I picked up at CostCo. The left over will be portioned as salad toppings for lunch this week.
This morning I met Rebecca at Mass. She will be going through the RCIA class in the fall and I've decided to tutor her in the meantine. We'll be meeting every Sunday after the 9 am Mass and learning the 12 articles contained in the Apostle's creed.
I met my brother Jay and my niece Melissa for lunch yesterday. That's becoming a pleasant monthly activity. It's nice being able to develop our relationship all over again.
