This is a render of the Eureka Towers, under construction at the moment. Melburnians may have noticed the new skyscraper going up on Southbank, but probably don't have any idea how big it's going to get - compare the Rialto tower on the right, which is Melbourne's current tallest (to roof) at 251 metres.
