(no subject)
I have discovered a foolproof way of restraining myself from buying overpriced coffee at work (price has gone up something like seventy cents and they only give you one marshmallow :() It's so simple, just leave your wallet at home! But make sure you discover this before you order! And then walk home reading your book while trying not to get hit by any cars.
Drinkies last night went off without anyone getting married, although there are dead craneflies littered around like confetti. Nummy. Now I'm petitioning the flatmates to watch Sex in the City with my but they're all "nooo, have to go for a waaaalk" or "nooo, have to upload images" so I'm all "fiiine, I'll download more music then"
This week in news. I have finished training for VS, have my shiny awful ID which people found by going through my room -_- and there was a nice pot luck supper thing but the sausage rolls make my stomach die.
Finished at National Library too, till who knows when. Got a chocolate bunny :D And got into a really excited conversation (on both sides, it wasn't just me spazzing) about how damn fantastic Holly's Blacks modern faery tale trilogy is, because I'ver just finished Ironside. Have to say I liked Ironside better the second time through, which is different.
Corny is one of my favourite fictional characters. Ever. Nikki have you read this yet? Read it!

Dyed my hair a dark purplebrowny which is the closest to black it's ever been or will (probably) ever be. Circe dyed her too and now she looks like an expensive table. My head hurts. I want to be writing something whole. Being around all the fiction books at national really makes me want my own. Have been thinking about it. But right now? Head sore, and I'm going to go fall down and keep reading A Tale Etched in Blood and Hard Black Pencil because it's seventeen times of awesome.
