I go through random phases of feeling open (as opposed to my usual cagey, elusive self), and this has been doing the rounds, so I thought I'd join in:

How would you describe yourself in a lonely hearts ad?

1) Intensely intense, hypersensitive, idealistic, music-obsessed, beyond-hopeless-romantic redhead seeks female who can put up with all of the above. Loyalty and respect will be received in return.

2) Probably Rayna from Coal Chamber, my only defense for which is "at least it wasn't Val from Pist.On" (yes I was a teenager of the nu-metal explosion).

3) Several scars, the most noticable of which is the one across my right eyebrow from when I got knocked flying and smacked my head against a monitor during a Mistress gig. I took four stitches in the name of rock and roll.

I know, but that's not what was embarrassing about it. I'm never entirely comfortable with celebrity crushes, as they're generally based on looks alone. Let's face it, I don't know Rayna personally, nor will I ever.
