There are tons of important things going on right now, but you guys don't want to hear about that, so I'll just tell some stories.
As my mom was driving me to the train station she points out a guy crossing the street in front of us. After she points him out, she goes on to say that when they were young he asked my grandma if he could marry her. It took me a little while to realize how strange this is, and ask my mom to please expound on the situation. Apparently, he was an old school Italian immigrant who randomly saw my mom somewhere and went up to her mother and asked her if she could marry my mom. She went on to say that's how her cousin Maria got married. Anyway, the moral of the story is that I am definitely asking a mom if I can marry their son.
Also, Eric was right about Anthony Weiner: he is good looking. The fact that his last name is Weiner seals the deal. Eric, send me a democratic primary absentee ballot, I want him to be mayor.
In other news, I somehow forgot that I was leaving for Montreal tommorow. I really should start packing, n'est-ce pas? Au revoir.
