eff this day, which goes further downhill by the hour... it's like a bad dream, but i know my dreams are never this real..
i didnt feel like writing all this out, so this next bit i just copied from Scott's journal.
"Anyways, in other news, the ol' Bombs of August are gonna be playing a couple of shows in May. First off on the Wednesday the 12th, we're playing at the Granada at a Benefit for the KU Alternative Breaks Program. Basically what the program does is set up trips over winter and spring breaks (as well as short weekend breaks) to do service work all over the country. It's a really cool deal, so you should come out to support it. The Gadjits, Kozmo, and the Mark Lyda Combo are all going to be playing as well, and they're all awesome.
And then, if for some reason benefit shows just aren't your style, we're gonna be playing at a house party on 13th and Kentucky up here in Lawrence. It's the same place that we had the last house party where absolute calamity and hysteria ensued. So, since this is gonna be on Stop Day, it should prove to an even crazier time indeed. I can't wait."
