Sad and Sore
Because I am saddened by the Victorian fires and fear hearing the death toll and all the horrid and emotional stories about the people involved and affected, I thought I would try to forget for awhile and talk about my bum.
After a 60km (should have been 80km but we bailed early) bike ride I am sitting very tenderly on my arse. We had to ride the expedition route for the kids today to see if it is doable and achievable. Thus riding a 3 day ride in 1 day. I am stoked I did it, but tomorrow will be an awkward day sitting on hard chairs.... oowwwwiiiiieeeeee.
