diet

Well, it has almost been a month since I started this Atkins diet. So far I have lost about 17 lbs. The diet is getting harder and not eaiser. I am getting tired of eating the same things over and over. Eggs, cheese, ham, sausage, hamberger, chicken and salads. I crave some chips (which I have tried that Atkins chips and they can keep them), cheese cake, pastas and some regular food. My mom has been trying to give me ideas like using spegehtti squash instead of noodles but i really can't afford $4 per squash. The past few days I have been really thinking about stopping the diet. But I haven't but I will be honest it is still on my mind.
