Recent things, art-wise.
Um...a combination of school and new fandoms ate my soul. =D;;
In my defense, I really have been drawing--it's just that not much of it is digital, and the stuff that is digital has all been largely WIP.
But! It's the summer holidays now, and I recently scanned an arseload of things, so with any luck there will be a dramatic increase in productivity over the next couple of weeks. =D
(Or one week, at least. I'll be going back to the stinking hell-hole known as China next Tuesday and I am NOT looking forward to it. Ick.)
Another update on the purple chick I uploaded two months ago. It has hit stalemate. It's been like this for a rather long time now, actually. I don't think it's going any further. There wasn't enough thought put into it. *flounders*
I've decided to start on some of the prompts at 30_romances with Fakir and Ahiru, because Tutu is so sorely underrated. They've got some really cute prompts. This one here is a WIP (theoretically) for "Think Pink". Actually, I think I would've uploaded it already if it weren't for the fact that the last Tutu fanart I put on DA looks...almost exactly the same as this one. ._.
This is yet ANOTHER webcomic idea I've come up with, ohgod. It's not my "bright colours" comic (that's Velisaira x3), it's my "chance to paint heaps of DUST" comic. (I like painting dust. I'm not very good at it, but I enjoy it.) Dory is the girl with the funky axe. The guy's name is Skip Grumman. They fight crime! defend their town against man-eating beasts while nursing angsty shounen backstories...and fight crime!
The one that wasn't good enough for a preview. It's tomato season at our place, and our plants are bearing way more fruit than we know what to do with. To celebrate, some unusually fanservicey (for me, anyway). I had way too much fun doing the ridiculously tacky anime hair. xD;;
