*Driving*
I made it home tonight in record time. My normal 4 hour drive back from Michigan only took 3 hours and 20 minutes!
*Dad's Birthday*
Drove home yesterday for my Dad's 49th birthday. Took him out to eat at Bob Evans and we planned on going to the gun range so he could teach me how to shoot a gun. We ended up at a pet shop where I tried to convince him to get a puppy and then Radio Shack to window shop. I wanted Dad to get a dog but he seemed more interested in the cats. I'm not a cat person so I wasn't supportive of the cat idea. When we got home I told him he should have gotten a cat but he didn't seem interested anymore. When my brother and niece came later he mentioned, "We should have gotten that cat so Abby could play with it." Then we went back to his house and he fell asleep for a couple hours :) He worked earlier to get overtime this week so he was tired. I watched TV while he passed out on the floor. Then my older brother and my niece came over to visit. My little brother had to work. This morning I went to my Dad's new church and then to the Red Apple for lunch of course. I had a swanky franky :) So that was pretty much my weekend.
