so the running of the hot cards stopped on saturday. free roll tourney of champs played hella loose. money games after that did not pay off got 4th in one game so close but yet so far. i did deliver a bad ass beat in the live game. my Q-J diamonds vs K-K flop come Q-Kd-Q bet around and all ins around pot was about $20-25. runner a royal flush A then 10.
sunday the girls and i went to target. we ended up picking up a tee ball set and some gloves. if any of yall want to throw the ball around holler. i also came up on an ankle brace. shit is still hurting. we just relaxed at the park and home.
monday. work you know how it works on mondays. got home and napped. al was kind enough to let me play cards. i get to the tourney right when it starts. i take a bad beat actually a player made a terrible call. he raised in the small blind with 5-5 it wasnt that much so i called in the big blind along with another player. the flop comes A-J-J giving me trips. player bets and i reraise. and the other players call. the turn comes and he checks and i bet and they all call. i missed an all in bet and he made his 5 on the river. terrible calls with small pair and you know the guy behind calling atleast had an ace. oh well after this beat it got worst my tourney became rebuy rebuy rebuy. the live game was funny. we were playing .25/.50 NL and fools were playing tight than a vicegrip i made away with $63. then we play 1/2 NL and fools got loose, why, who knows????
bad beats sure make you crazy. i seen a guy get steamed and squander about $100 after he got his A-A cracked, it was all down hill after that. i dont mind taking a bad beat, but hey thats cards.
