Thanks to the inside track (thank you kar120c!), my tasty resume and finely honing the craft of tooting my own horn I am Seattle's newest SOFTWARE TESTER!!! Yup, I get to break stuff; SOOOoooo PR! \m/ This used to be just one little part of my last job, so the stress will be much less...but that means so is the pay. :( I held out for something without a fucking commute; I'm NOT complaining! There is talk of possibly working me into the Technical Writing Division...currently under construction. *yae!* Maybe they'll make me a manager, that would RULE! Hey I can dream. ;)
The bestest part about this job is it's NOT ON THE EASTSIDE, but rather deliciously located in the INTERBAY area ~ in case you aren't familiar, about a 5 min bus ride from ANYWHERE in Ballard and a 5 minute walk from our old apartment on West QA with the view!!!! It reminds me of the small pre-IPO's I worked at back in the day ~ packed with cool peeps yo! plus an awesomely lofty new building niched out of an old warehouse....and parking!! *score!*
How more perfect is this I ask you????!!!???!!!!
This pesky back though, might have to go on some major pain killers or finally give in and have the scapular botox injections. *oogies*
I can FINALLY start looking for a pad in Ballard; we may possibly be moving back in July, weeks ahead of schedule!! I start July 5th. I fucking ROCK!!!
