Holy sheepshit, it works...

After months upon months of work, hundreds of dollars in scrapyard and eBay parts bought, rebuilt and crammed-in ala-Junkyard Wars, and almost thirty pounds of salted sunflower seeds, ( Phoenix has risen from the ashes... )

Oh my goodness, that is most definitely the car with the most character I have ever seen or heard of. You have a special companion there.
Did you do all the work yourself?
And the name is so very fitting, I do not think anything else would really work for it.

I couldn't afford to take her to a shop to have a pro do 'er for me, so yeah, I did all the work myself.

I've got plans now to install a more modern engine in there for increased economy AND power AND exhaust quality.
One of about two things I've ever done worth being proud of.

But yes, I'd still trade it, just to be that gryphon in the picture...
Does that make me a freak, or just very, very eccentric? XD

*laughs* It just means you are you! X> Hey, if you were the gryphon in that picture, you could still build a car back up, so long as you are given some free time. :P

I will always find it amazing when someone can do so much repairs on something all by themselves. I mean, I can see if it is a job and you have a full, pro shop and all. But on your own time as a hobby... OvO Well done!

But free time means his master loses control for that time...

I wouldn't imagine he'd get much free time, not the way he's being treated.

Still, it would be hot, and it would be a lot easier than trying to get ahead in life.

Well, I would figure that the master would not need ALL his time, 24/7. I mean, eventually he would get tired, right? *chuckles* Then again, you can never really tell in hypothetical situations.

It would be so much easier just to let go and be under someone else's control. But that means giving up your life, practically. And it is so hard to find someone that could make you happy while taking control is so damn near impossible... *sighs* I'd settle just for trying out the lifetsyle for even a week!

Well, yeah.

I'd want to try for a week, yes.
