Waitangi Day
so most of the girls came over yesterday and knitted/watched dom/pj on the red carpet at the golden globes/ate food/went to spotlight/listened to music/talked etc. twas good, i have finally started a scarf. YAY. xept i have restarted my scarf a few times now...after nat left, i restarted it later on...cos it got mucked up again! hahah! but it's going fine at the mo.
oh yeah, yesterday when my dad asked what was the thing in the yellow bag in the fridge, i remembered that we forgot to eat the watermelon!!
oops toffee's barking...ok there's a man and a kid and baby playing with her...oh how cute...toffee's loved.
i'm really happy that tv shows are coming back and stuff...i love full on tv nights.i'm addicted to screens.
had a meeting today, had to plan for events for this year for the youth group. so we planned stuff for the next three months. and amidst that there was much laughter. compared to the other meeting i'll have on sunday, today's was more fun...prob cos it's made up of more youths while the other one is more serious and stuff...more 'let's get down to business'.
philly always txt me at the wrong time when she's on the net. today and yesterday, txt me saying she's on the net but both times i had no access to the net. i have things to ask her, but never the right moment...i wonder if de has found out anything from her.
hm, looking at travel sites is so interesting. wouldn't mind working in the travel industry some day.
