I spent most of yesterday starving, but I still managed to stay under my net calorie limit.... surprisingly enough.
Breakfast- candy corn, 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich, snowball, airheads (woo, healthy!)
Snack- mandarian orange, sugar free jello
Snack- apple sauce
Lunch- ham sandwich, TJ's flax seed tortilla chips, apple sauce, jello
Snacks- popcorn
Dinner- 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich, tomato soup, crackers, TJ's chocolate
Exercise: C25k, week 1, day 1.
Gross Calories In: 1836
Exercise: -316
Net Calories: 1520 (under 9 calories)

Today was a lot better. I was busy running IHC for most of the day. It left little time to obsess about eating. And nutrition was a lot better.
Breakfast- medium banana, oatmeal, peanut butter
Snack-
Lunch- Ham sandwich, TJ's flax seed tortilla chips, black beans, apple sauce, sugar-free jello
Snack- popcorn
Dinner- grill smoked gouda cheese sandwich with tomato and mushrooms, asian tofu soup (chicken broth, celery, shredded carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, tofu, with soy sauce and ginger), TJ's chocolate
By the way, my grilled cheese was amazingly GOOD.... and, oddly enough, so was the soup.
