Angels in America
So i got my G, HOOT!
Last night and the night before i wanted Angels in America with the Steward. It was absolutely incredible. EVERYTHING about it was SOOOO good. like, actually. It makes me wonder how somebody could think of something so great and then write it so beautifully. Seriously. it was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!
I'm pretty much deep in thought after it. The acting was amazing, the script was amazing, the cinematography was amazing. It was 6 hours long and i could have watched it for 6 more. that's how good it was. seriously. RENT THIS.
It's by the same guy who wrote "Caroline, or Change" and he has this way of writing in social and political meanings into his wonderful dialogue. Seriously. MAN, i wish i could write like that. I want to study this movie. that's how much i loved it. if i ever get a project that i can choose what i'm studying, it will be this movie. WOW!

PS. a year ago last night i met Patti LuPone and a year ago tonight i saw Spelling Bee... i kind of want it to be last reading week right now.
