So the last few days have been a blur. I've been so tired and just blah! On the plus side, i'm being recognised everywhere i go! it's so neat! I'll be walking up University and people will stop me and actually yesterday i had this conversation:
Random Girls walking by: Hey, you were in Urinetown! You were Little Sally!
Me: Yes i was
Random Girls: It was really good, you were excellent
Me: Why thank you
Random Girls: Are you in first year?
Me: Yes i am
Random Girls: Are you in Drama 100?
Me: Yes...
Random Girls: Neat! me too! Are you doing anything else this year?
Me: Yes, i'm in a Vogt show and Blood Brothers
Random Girls: Vogt C? neat...ummm who was that guy who played Lockstock? How old is he?
Me: Yeah, he's in 4th year... he's really great.
Random Girls: he's really cute, and he sings and dances and was in uniform...Does he have a girlfriend? i heard he did...
Me: ....uh... no... not that i know of...
Random Girls: OOOO BOY! excellent! YES! (etc).
{it was at this point where i looked around for somewhere to RUN!}
Me: Yup, well, i must be off, class you know! bye!
As IF they just asked me if Lockstock was single.. and as if they had ANY chance with him anyway! hahaha! i found it QUITE amusing... QUITE amusing indeed.
Later in the day i went to a QMT NYC meeting and got the info and such... my room is going to be fun...it's going to be a good trip i believe. Afterwards Hope walked me home and i asked if she wanted to come upstairs and she answered "yeah, but i can't stay for long" in a funny adolescent we-can-make-out-for-a-while-but-no-sex type of way. then we laughed not because it's something we were going to do because we're not into girls... but just because it's TOTALLY something that is said with that implication. HAHA. so she came upstairs and we spooned for a while and ate chocolate, cherries, and all things that start with a 'ch'. it was really nice and i miss her TERRIBLY! i told her what i said in the Vogt reherasal and we laughed... mostly she did... at me.. but it was fun.
Today at the Vogt rehearsal Bobby said he was going to call the girl from the party... LAME! whatever... his loss. School has been ok.. i'm just catching up now. wheee! i'm still pretty sad about urinetown... it's still REALLY sad. le sigh... ok, i need to get my laundry now... ta!
