Chocohol
Now, I don't know how many of you know the extent to which I am a chocoholic. Let's just put it this way...The only cakes I have ever bought for myself have been chocolate.
Anyway, I am not a whiz at baking in any sense of the word. I buy ready made mixes. I have been buying the normal grocery store stuff for just about forever. I was at Costco and they only had Ghirardelli brownie mix at comparable prices to the grocery store stuff, so I got a box.
It is so incredibly superior to anything else I have ever had, I simply had to make a note about it. There are chips of milk, semi-sweet and bittersweet chocolate in it. It is better than homemade and bakery brownies I have had. If I had only put some walnuts in it and had milk available, they would be orgasmic.
They are so incredibly chocolaty...I could gain back the 30 pounds I lost over the summer by tomorrow.
