got offered the job today. pay wasn't what i wanted, but it is considerably more than here.
here's the difference though.
Here i make overtime...but overtime is taxed at about 50%....over there is totally salaried, i'd be working the same amt of hours, but it'll all be taxed at the 28% bracket. So when looking at an aftertax number, ill be making close to 50% more than i am here (with OT)....
i'd be stupid NOT to go for it eh!?
