Cassie looked around the lounge-type area curiously. She wasn't sure where she was or how she got there, but she intended to find out.
She'd been working on her homework last she remembered. Well, not working on it so much as looking at it and thinking about Conner. She still couldn't quite believe he was back! And in love with her still!
Even now, lost and alone as she was, she had to give a happy little smile at the thought. But she couldn't focus on that. She needed to figure out what the hell was going on.
She looked around, hoping for a friendly face. It was probably too much to hope for a familiar one, but she certainly wouldn't complain if she found one.
