Little Boy had been at the Complex for a few weeks by this point but had been keeping to herself, not willingly saying more than two words to any of the other residents. It hadn't taken her long to figure out the whole 'teleportation' thing- a factor of this place that she was quick to take advantage of after she discovered the Little Tokyo did exist out there- wherever there was. No word of or from the Penguin yet- but that was fine. He hadn't been causing much of a squawk since Fatman went missing, anyway, and even if he did appear, she doubted he would make another attempt at causing her trouble. He was a stubborn man, but he wasn't stupid- even she had to grudgingly admit that.
At this point, Little Boy had decided that she would be able to take back any part of Little Tokyo that she had lost to other criminals in the area- they would be making themselves known soon enough, now that the word was out that she had been seen around Little Tokyo again. There was, however, still the problem of not having a partner to assist in the running of things- that didn't matter, at least not for now. She was perfectly capable of running the business on her own; it wasn't like she hadn't done that before.
All of this was what she had on her mind as she made her way through the back alleys of Little Tokyo, finally reaching the main part of Gotham. She wound her way through the scattering of people on the sidewalks, not paying any particular attention to her surroundings as she went around a corner.
