Appearance: Just a paragraph, or two regarding their physical appearance.
Personality: A paragraph or two regarding their personality. You should touch on their personality flaws as well, even attributes, weaknesses, etc.
History: Everything regarding your characters personal canon/AU history.
World Segment Description: What place from your character's world will be incorporated into the ring world?
