In addition to life, which deserves its own post hopefully soon, My family and I have been taking care of a new addition to the family. I would like to introduce you all to Ally Suri, my niece. She has been staying with us since late March due to the earthquake/tsunami situation that occured in Japan. She lives with my sister and her husband who

It's sad that she has to be separated from her parents, but at least you get to spend some quality time with her.

Overall its been a great experience. They all love her at the radio station, my mom's work, everywhere. The weather has sucked this whole week so we haven't taken her out much. We want to take her to the county fair here in victorville to see the animals. She is just the cutest! Very early riser though.

Wow, I can't imagine having to send my baby away. I'm going to be gone for two days for a convention next month and I'm obsessing and worrying about being away from him for so long. Though I can understand. Japan is not the safest place right now.

And babies have a way of making you fall in love with them in a short time. They are so engaging! Enjoy your time with her!

Tx. Yes Im sure I would feel the same way. My sister calls everyday. We use skype a few times a week too so both parents see her crawling and see how much she has grown. My sister says she misses her alot and has bought a few things and sent it to us so Ally can wear or play with. I soo agree with you there. Ive always loved babies and I remember when my brother was a baby. I was much younger so I think now I appreciate and know better to understand what it takes to take care of one. She just makes a bad day go away. Im sure your son has the same effect on you.^^ They smell so nice!! Baby smell^^
