I welly welly wove workin' at walmart.
It is easy, especially compared to working at ghetto mart. I know it has only been two days, but so far its easy.
The pace is soooooo slow, you just kinda wander around and go do something that needs to be done, then after thats done you go putts around for awhile, then do something else and putts around again. Even while you are doing something you can still putts. It's not even really "work." It's kinda more like "doing something so you dont get too bored and get paid (a little) for it."
I heard the hiring lady tell someone that the store starts eveyone at 6 bucks an hour, but the head manager can make some exceptions in some "special cases." Well, i started at 7! wow, i must be special, i did write desired salary on my app as 7, so i wonder if they thought i would leave if they paid me only 6. HAHAH suckers, little did they know this was my only job offer muhahah!
Here's some of my new lingo:
Action Alley:(N, ack-shun al-lee) The place in walmart's where you walk where they got the pallets stakced in the middle of the isle.
End caps:(N, end caps) displays at the end of isle's
Side Burners:(N, side burn-urs) displays next to the end caps.
Okay, im venturing into boring stuff land just cause i have nothing better to do right now. OH by the way ill be in school ANOTHER year now probably due to my dads complete incompetence when driving a snowmobile and Ferris's complete incompetence for working there whole schedule around what i want and need.
I'm not sure if i told you this yet......But i scored two smiley face stickers, im keepin them under lock and key in my bedroom, they got you's guys names on them if ya want them. Another thing, shhhhh........i'm not supposed to tell anyone this but....next time your in a store like meijers or walmart or kmart (yeah right, who goes to kmart?) and on the announcer thing you hear something like "security check, zone 5." er something like that, dont worry, especially if yur stealing something (melissa) because its all a hoax, they do that to deter shoplifters and reduce "shrinkage." (loss of merchandise.) Okay, now bub bye.
