A question! (I love this icon)
There are some things that needs addressed, regarding Kakei, and Kakei's powers.
Kakei is a precognitive, and apparently also has some sort of sixth psychic sense or whatnot. He's not able to read thoughts (I THINK? 8D;), but it's a recurring event that Kakei just KNOWS stuff about you, whether you like it or not. He's not so subtle about it, only as much as to give people the creeps, seriously. Part of the canon Kakei's abilities in the information field might be because he has Saiga there to help him collect valuable information. But Kakei's very capable on his own.
That said! As stated, Kakei is a precognitive, but he cannot see the fate or future of people who are stronger than him, and this I mean in the mental/superpowers/psychic field.
Would Kakei be able to see your future, and is it okay if he does? He won't always, but I thought I'd ask, for clarity's sake.
A note; Kakei is not below teasing people about the possible information, if he feels like it. That's just... how he is.
