I can't stand that they didn't show how he got out of this. I was so furious at the finale at this point. SURE, Kate shoots MiB and Ben stays under a tree until the edit fairy makes it (and the storm) vanish.
GAH, I know! I wanted to see him get our of there and then see his reaction to the fact that it was Kate, a woman who had no reason to like, who led the charge in helping him. I'd much rather see that than whatever was going on in HEAVEN world.
Isn't he just wee? I want to take him home and wrap him in a fuzzy blanket and feed him hot chocolate and brownies until he bursts.
Have you bought the DVDs of 6 yet? I haven't but I heard the finale was longer? I was secretly hoping it would show what happened here. It's probably just more Jack though. ; _ ;
I love the Kate/Ben relationship. It's so weird, but kind of touching? I love how she wants to save him when he is a boy and later he has that brunch for her (in my world he remembers). This would have been a nice follow up to the 1970s stuff. In real life, I wanted Hurley to help Ben to solidify the relationship between the too. The would have been a nice metaphoric touch with Hurley "removing the burden" as well, since Ben's whole life was weighed down by service to Jacob.
I do have the S6 DVDs, I just haven't watched any of the episodes yet. I hadn't heard that the finale was longer, but I am intrigued now! But I bet you're right: just more Jack. XD
Kate and Ben do indeed have an interesting relationship. There's so much awesome stuff that could be done with the Ben and Hurley relationship and how Hugo helps Ben overcome the heavy things on his conscience.
// No bitterness.
He is sooo cute and tiny though.
