STUPID PATIENTS!
I am so mad right now, because this guy came in around 5:30pm and said, "What time do you close?" I said, "7:30pm" and he said he would be back in a little bit with his family member that needs to see the doctor. This stupid fool waits until 7:20pm to bring this woman, and she is having back problems due to a broken back a couple of weeks ago . . . which means, I will be lucky if I get out of here at 8:30pm. The thing is, we did not have a single customer for almost 3 hours before her. It never fails. We always have people walk in RIGHT before we close, even thought they had all day to come. Ticks me off!
