Looks like I'm stuck here in the office until after 8 p.m., because I have to wait until then to call a witness back. And then I have to get up early tomorrow and drive 3 hours to meet with a client who's being obstinate and refusing to accept an excellent settlement offer.
Pfft! The practice of law would be so much simpler, if it weren't for the clients.
