Cute Jeff got sent home last night. Oh, the humanity!
I did not sleep well last night. I had a hard time getting to sleep, which is unusual for me, unless I'm excited about something the next day. I woke up at one point screaming, which never happens. And since I had no memory of a bad dream, I panicked and assumed that I had heard someone in the house. I got up and checked every room. No one was in the house. Except me. I went back to bed and slept through the remainder of the night, but I am tuckered this morning, and I have to drive to Lake County, the Land That Time Forgot, in about an hour. Oh, joy.
I am reading "Tithe" by Holly Black for book group tomorrow night, and it's pretty good. It's young adult, so the world building is a little stripped down, compared to someone like Butcher (love him) or Hamilton (hate her), but the characters are interesting.
I can't seem to stay away from Ebay and Etsy, so I'm thinking about giving up shopping, in general, for Lent. Then I would be compelled by the wrath of God to avoid shopping on-line.
