((ooc: this entry is an experiment of Contract's: an effort to conceal his identity over the journals by deliberately altering his handwriting. Instead of his usual precise script, the writing is printed, the letters are large and blocky, and the penstrokes are harder and straighter. To his disadvantage, however, the handwriting appears somewhat unnatural and forced, and the very discerning eye might be able to pick up some similarities to Contract's usual writing.))
How strange this place is! But the tree is rather beautiful, even if it's too big to see all of it at once. Thank you for the temporary housing and the money. I'm sure I must be in someone's debt for coming here, though I can't remember where I was before.
