Where is my muse? And other fandom thoughts.

I finally finished the outline for my Les Miserables Fantine fanfiction, but now my muse has abandoned me, and I can't actually start writing in proper prose form. I'm drawing a blank.

Last night, I did manage a short Criminal Minds fanfiction, inspired by the 100th episode. And I have a million little Reid/dilaudid plot bunnies in my head, because I watched "Jones" on A&E last night. Addict!Reid truly fascinates me. I can identify with the idea of being the innocent and smart kid, with a secret tendency for self-destruction.

My friends and I are partially into the 4th season of Doctor Who on dvd. I must say, it is hard to find a OTP ("one true pairing") in Doctor Who. At first, I was all about Doctor/Rose. I liked Rose; she came from a working class background, but longed for more. But, then, I was liking the idea of Doctor/Martha. I really liked Martha's personality and her intelligence, and I sympathized with her unrequited love for The Doctor. And, now, I'm pondering the idea of Doctor/Donna. Donna is so funny, and I like the fact that she doesn't necessarily look like a traditional leading lady (although, she's certainly cute, in my opinion). And, of course, I was stunned by the practically canon existence of Doctor/Master. The Master really was a fucking monster, but there was some serious UST ("unresolved sexual tension") going on there.

Recently, somebody uploaded to YouTube some footage from the 1991 Moliere awards in Paris. In this footage, you get to see Jerome Pradon as Marius in "One Day More." I had never before thought Jerome Pradon looked good before going bald (my cut-off point was his performance in Nine, when he's starting to get the tuft). But, I must say, he's damned handsome in this Marius footage. And his acting is quite superb. I think it's the most convincing he's been at playing heterosexual, honestly.
