Oh my god, the reviews we got from the papers and people who'd seen it were just awesome.
Perhaps the best feedback I got was from NZ Opera repetiteur-extraordinare Bruce Greenfield who came up to me and said (with a serious unsmiling face) "Brendan that was EXCELLENT. Every aspect of it; the singing, the acting....everything".

Tonight we're doing the Video Games Live concert which will be interesting. It tends to be a lot of simple film-music type stuff. Mostly "ahhs" and meaningless chanting. I think it's pretty cool, but it's a little low-brow for some of the other chorus.
