Well.. we're past the deadline and we still have a four-way tie, so I'm just going to go ahead and break it myself. So this is something of a mod's choice; however, this icon-maker had two of the four tied icons, so I don't feel bad giving it to her.

For the last time, ANONYMOUS VOTES DO NOT COUNT. Please make sure you are logged in before you cast your vote, otherwise you're just wasting your time. (There's no way to ensure fairness in a contest that allows anonymous voting, sorry.)
Secondly, and less importantly, please pay attention to the rules. I don't ask that you also include the icon's URL with your entry purely to be redundant; it actually saves me a lot of time in putting up the entries for a vote. So please try to remember to follow the format specified in Da Rules. Thank you.
[Edit] I'm an idiot. I have no concept of what day it is. But still, even with the new votes there was a tie, and participation has been way down. And it was a Mod's Choice, so.. Yargh. Cough. Sorry for the confusion.
