I now remember this, XXXX does not have an extension to his name and bellmove cannot move a phone line unless it is for that person. The extension for ckirk in the GAL (12345) is showing it belongs to AAAA.

I show that AAAA extension is +1 (###) ####### X60967.
Could you please update the information in your system so that AAAA has the correct extension and XXXX has the correct extension.

The gal is not updated by us, especially if a person was here and left and then returned.. BBBB is the contact for all common area phones and this phone is a receptionist desk plus it is in Los Colinas. You will need to go to http://itweb/phones and have a new phone installed in current location.

If I’m losing ownership of this phone, please let the people in Los Colinas know they can reclaim their phone from the Washington main campus, building 26, room 1010. The phone is fully functional - I tested it again just 15 mintues ago - but the office is empty so people are not likely to return calls. Will they let us mail a phone down to Los Colinas, TX?
I’ll also need a new phone and some updated business cards.

Wait...David doesn't do phone moves, he corrects the RTC system. If David gets involved we'll have a phone that NO ONE can use. What will this accomplish?
