So, I followed a link from
epi_lj,
http://www.literature-map.com/, which does a kind of "cloud" of writers related to the one whose name you enter. Being me, I entered "H.P. Lovecraft", and for once was pleasantly surprised at the results. Almost everyone who appeared is someone I've read, and I can mostly see the links (though Orson Scott Card and Alastair Reynolds rather baffle me. Also, who the hell is Herbert?). One flaw is that many of the names hit the edge of the screen and kind of stuck there, in one big clump, now unreadable. The others kind of move around uncertainly, like people stuck at a party they didn't really want to go to, trying not to have to talk to anyone . . .
But, from the Google ads on the side: Cthulhu: a groundbreaking new feature film with Jason Cottle and Tori Spelling.
Tori Spelling in a Cthulhu movie? Now that's horror!
