An open letter to Paul Martin, Prime Minister of Canada
Dear Mr. Martin:
I'm pleased to hear that your visit with President Putin of Russia has been going so well. I'm particularely happy that the two of you have talked about "the war on terrorism" and human rights.
I trust the first terrorist you will be helping him with are the terrorists in the russian army occupying Chechnya and the many deaths they cause there.
Human rights-wise, I hope you convince him to start by restoring freedom of the press.
