I have yet to refuse a plea for help. At 11:30 ish (few hours ago) I was online and a friend asked me if I had my own place. I am in the process and may have to try and get a loan just to move out. Anywho, his girlfriend left her home. I don't know all the details and I won't pry, however, I do know that the people she was staying with are not ( Read more... )

that was very sweet of you to do this...but you also have to take into consideration that there is only so much you can do. Just the idea that you are allowing her to stay for a while, is more than enough ( ... )

I agree 1000%. I'll tell here later, but I'm thinking that if she gets a job and lives in Eagle River then we could split the rent and she would have a place to call "Her Home" and no one can take that away from her ( ... )

you'd be surprised how many people think similarily to you and me. lol. I take that as a compliment and thank you.

I don't mind being older. I think I'll age gracefully. Besides it isn't your age that makes you an "old bat" is how you live your life. I've seen "grannies" in their 70s roller skating....I would never EVER think of calling those people "old bats".

But I'd probably be that old lady that people would come to talk to about their problems. I'd make them some cookies or brownies and we'd have it with ice cream while watching a movie and talking about the problems until the other person felt better...lol, I'd be the grannie with 100 adopted grandchildren...at least in my wildest dreams....lol I'm going off, I'll be quiet now.

I just realized that I sounded like I was in my 50s or something. I'm only 24 years old...lol
