...because my life is boring, of course

Lately allive been doing is play Legend Of Zelda: The Minish Cap.

Quite the addictive game, so i shall review

LoZ: tMC

LoZ is known for its elaborate storyline, items, main character, mind-boggling puzzles, fighting, different techiques to learn as you get new weapons and pretty cool/hard bosses each with its own way of being defeated. This game is no exception.

you play the game as a child who has to free princess Zelda froma spell that has turned her to stone. To free her you need the 4 elements. You also will get assistance from the Minish (or as the humans call them, the Picori)

these are the weapons i have collected so far:

Gust Jar: it works like a vaccum cleaner that absorbs weak enemies, unmasks iron masks, and gets items in front of you
Mole Claws: Basically a shovelbut also digs chunks of dirt in front of you
Cane Of Pacci: whatever gets hit is flipped upside down
Remote bomb: you set it, you run away, you press the button, and boom!
Flame Lantern: set things on fire!
Ocarian of wind: summons a bird to pick you up andtake you anywhere you want

then you have your standard weapons from before bow & arrow (almost every LoZ game), Roc's cape (OoS), Pegasus Boots (Link's Awaikening), boomerang (almost every Zelda game)

and of course, your trusty shield

items:
jars: store anything in them, good for potions
Grip Ring: climb certain terrains
Power Bracelet: move things even when you are the size of an ant
Flippers: Swim

And then we have some more things to add:
Kinstone bag: stores kinstones, you can fuse them with people to unlock paths, treasures, and monsters, and it inspires people to do things...

Tiger Scrolls: as you go on your adventure, you will meet the different swordmasters who will teach you sword techniques, here are the techniques:
1) Spin Technique: Link's trademark attack, his blade spins around hitting everything around him
2) sword beam: when your life is full, you shoot beams from your sword
3) Dash attack: run with your boots and hit everything on your path with your sword
4) Peril Beam: same as sword beam, but works only when you're doen to 1 heart
5) Sword Breaker: break...rocks (and pots)
6) Roll Attack: Run, Roll, stab
7) Down Thrust: jump with cape, then slamyour sword against the floor
8) Great Spin Attack: move as you do spin attack...repeteadly

Mysterious Seashells: you can trade them for figurines...not sure whathappens when you have em all, but i know that if you collect them all you have to talk to some collector dude

Is that all? no! there's more!

you can fuseyour sword with the elements to gain the ability to make Link clone himself, rightnow ican make 2 clones...not sure what happens whenyou have the last elemt,im on the last dungeon's boss >_>

and of course, the graphics improve greatly in this game.

so this game rules. It's a must get.
Get it. Now.
