Philippine Prison Dances
I had not seen these before. I think they are both hilarious and wonderful. How soon until they are performing on some awards ceremony.... via satellite of course.

These started off as an alternative rehab program in the prison. One of the guards taped the performance and shared it with other prisons to show what they were doing.
