HOUSE NEWS
After re-bidding at $70,000 they countered with $77,000. They held firm, and I decided that I could handle the payments at that price, so I agreed. I'm buying the house on 525 Pierce St.. (Here's a nicer picture) I checked the place out again the other day after the thunderstorm, and the basement was dry, and the roof didn't leak. The paperwork is underway. I should be in by the end of October.
ROAD TRIP
I'm running up to Tiffin tonight to pick up a networking cable that I left at The Castle last time I was there. Patrick has Saturday night off, so we're gonna throw down with some Halo.

3 DAY WEEKEND
After working my ass off all week, I finally get a break. And it's a 3 day weekend ta boot! Going to take advantage of that extra GIG of RAM I have, and get some of that photo restoration work done that I've been needing to do. (Won't be long now Ricky!)
