My faithful iPod (which, let's be fair, I got used so it was never all THAT good) died. Not only did all the music erase itself, but now it freezes if i plug it in, and it won't turn on. The sad iPod icon pops up. this is horrible timing! I have several 3 hour bus rides in the space of the next week and a half, and only my tiny iPod shuffle to rely ( Read more... )

Sad, :( I hated not having my ipod. Try the apple store if there is one over there. I hope you get it working or are able to replace her so that you are never without music.

I'll give it 2 months. If it doesn't miraculously spring back to life by the time I come home, it's a goner.

Ohhh, sweetie. That sucks about your iPod. When I was having problems with my iPod, it was a problem with the battery, which costs like $30 to replace. Is there maybe an Apple store around that you can take it to? They can do tests on it and figure out what's wrong. Even if you can't get it fixed, at least you'll know for sure. And if it can be fixed, they can do it for you. Good luck! <3
