Monday Morning update
Here we are back at Monday! I have a few things I want to throw out to y'all today.
1) slaveexchange is open for claiming. Lots of amazing prompts to be written. Please come take a look.
2) mpregbb will be opening up late September/early October for authors to sign up, though the fandoms have been limited to SPN, SPN RPS, Leverage and Leverage RPS.
3) We're on the final countdown to my trip to England, 62 days.
I will be in England for a week, staying at a hotel near Heathrow airport in London. My friend darling_lisa will be joining me this trip. We plan on spending our first three days wandering London. Thursday we have tickets to Steve Carlson's CD release party/concert. Friday - Sunday we'll be at Con 2.
So...if you're at the Con or the show, please do come and say hi. You know I'll be the one in the fedora, and I'll be sporting a cane this trip (due to back/hip issues).
If you're local and want to meet up sometime during the week, drop me a note (phantisma@comcast.net) and we'll see what can be arranged. We already have a few folks we're going to try to catch up with, but always happy to try to fit in a few more.
And if you're so inclined, I'm raising money so that we don't have a repeat of last year. My goal is to have $1000 in my Paypal account when I leave so that if I have issues with my primary bank account, I will have a back up source of funds.
By now you know my ways of raising money.
Prints of anything (not Kane related) on my flickr account (http://www.flickr.com/photos/blackuni/sets/) at the rates of $3/5x7, $8/8x10, $15/11x17, $30/20x30. (Add $.99 for shipping for 5x7 or 8x10, or $2 for 11x17, or $10 for poster print).
Tarot readings at $10/3 card draw, $25/traditional Celtic Cross, $50/12 month broad view reading or Relationship reading.
Photography, if you're local I would love to come photograph you, your kids, your pets, etc. My rates are extremely reasonable, starting at just $35/half hour of shooting, plus the cost of prints, all the way up to packages beginning at $100 that would include shooting time, plus prints and digital images. All will include my personal touch, time spent with the subject to try to insert some personality into the portraits.
Words, We all know I string words together. Sometimes I do it in a pleasing manner. Sometimes I forget a WIP or have too many on my plate and the one you want gets left to languish. I also do original fic. If any of this is inspiring you to dig through my archives and remind me of a specific fic you think needs finishing or rounding out or an epilogue, let me know...or if you have something brand new that you'd like to see that you think is right up my alley, I'm game for that too.
Speaking of words, currently on my docket is a Keeper Verse fic that I should have done today or tomorrow, two prompts I took for slaveexchange, one SPN RPS, the other White Collar, and of course, I am also working on the last Rysykk's novel, along with "The Deeper Cut" and "nowhere to run".
And now, the clock is telling me to get my ass in gear and get out the door for work.
